Served as a Director of Operations & Maintenance that provided a wide range of O&M and environmental compliance services to solid waste clients across the country. Duties included client and project management, cost estimating, compliance monitoring, data management & analysis, and proposal and report preparation. Additional responsibilities included landfill gas O&M, testing, and troubleshooting of LFG GCCS, blower and flare compounds, condensate/leachate collection and control systems, including construction and upgrades of those systems.

Responsibilities included company growth, development of field services within the Division while supervising three regional managers, ten project managers, and over 80 total employees throughout the United States.

Responsible for managing multiple environmental technicians, NSPS wellfield monitoring, reporting, compliance, troubleshooting, data analysis, GCCS design support, project proposals, financials, and as needed maintenance of the GCCS.
