Responsible for the management of all corporate business matters including administrative, accounting and human resources programs and staff, client management and retention, business development, contract management, marketing, and developing, mentoring and managing employees.
Director of HR & Administration
Responsible for all aspects of HR, accounting/finance and administration at BEL.
HR – Responsible for all aspects of human resources including planning and administering compensation and benefits, employee engagement, policy changes including writing, implementing and enforcing, payroll, employee training and development, succession planning, profit sharing and bonus program, recruiting and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, HR analytics and aligning all aspects of HR with the company goals.
Accounting/Finance – Responsible for all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, compilation and interpretation of internal financial statements, projections, budgeting, tax planning, long-term and short-term business planning, and coordination with accounting firm for year-end compiled or reviewed financial statements and company taxes.
