RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Landfill Design, Project Management & CAD Drafting

Completed various LFG Design projects for gas system expansions at solid waste facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Michigan. This included, but was not limited to, LFG conveyance system layouts and grading, condensate management systems (i.e. sumps, knockout pots, pumps, controls and LFG flow meters), LandGEM model creation & analysis, GCCS Final Development Plans, well schedule verification and completion, SWPPP and SPCC Plans, KYPipe analysis, comprehensive wellhead data analysis, enhanced monitoring plans for high temperature wells, 5-yr budget model drawings and spreadsheets, 3D well bore data analysis, recommendations & implementation of temporary gas collectors for fugitive emissions.

Project Manager for various LFG, Cell & Final Cover construction projects at several solid waste facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Michigan. This included, but was not limited to, ensuring our CQA services are meeting CQA plan & specific project requirements, completing quantities and estimating costs, soils and geosynthetic lab data analysis, manage construction meetings, construction certification reports, communication with various parties involved in construction (i.e. governing agencies, environmental managers, contractors.)

·Completed Auto CAD, Civil 3D, & KYPipe Drawings for various solid waste facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Michigan. Trained multiple employees to use CAD software effectively. This included, but was not limited to, LFG system layouts & construction drawings, leachate system layouts & construction drawings, survey data formatting and upload, 3D flare station construction drawings, GCCS Final Development Plan layout and details, Cell Construction layouts and drawings, 5-yr budget models, and KYPipe set up.
Site Specific Project Relevance
Countywide RDF, Ohio - Project Engineer from 2014 to present, services include development of construction drawings based on site specific needs, development of enhanced monitoring plan for high temperature wells, attending monthly LFG Meetings and production of construction documentation report. Served as CQA technician during expansion of landfill gas collection system and slope stabilization in the remediation area. Services included supervision of field operations, subcontractor management, verification of landfill gas well depths and locations, nuclear density testing, air monitoring, documentation of installation, and monitoring to ensure compliance with the construction quality assurance plan.
Greenridge Reclamation Landfill, Pennsylvania - Project Engineer from 2014 to present, services include development of construction drawings based on site specific needs, attending monthly LFG Meetings, production of construction documentation report, and support for annual budget models.
Imperial Landfill, Pennsylvania – Project Engineer from 2014 to present, services include development of construction drawings based on site specific needs, attending monthly LFG Meetings, production of construction documentation report, and support for annual budget models. CQA services provided for temporary geomembrane cap installation and expansion of landfill gas collection system. Services included supervision of field operations, subcontractor management, verification of landfill gas well depths and locations, documentation of installation, and monitoring to ensure compliance with the construction quality assurance plan.
Wetzel County Landfill, West Virginia –Served as CQA technician during new construction of a landfill cell. Services included supervision of contractors, data accumulation and documentation of geomembrane installation, locating and observing non-destructive and destruct seam testing, repairs and destructive locations and monitoring protective soil placement. Completed certification report.
Vienna Junction Landfill, Michigan - Served as CQA technician during expansions of landfill gas collection system. Services included supervision of field operations, subcontractor management, verification of landfill gas well depths and locations, documentation of installation, monitoring to ensure compliance with the construction quality assurance plan and assisting in the production of the construction documentation report.
