Senior Manager of Process Innovation


Responsible for leading organizational improvement initiatives across corporate functions, with a focus on streamlining internal systems, aligning operations with strategic goals, and increasing efficiency and clarity in performance, onboarding, and compliance processes.


Key Areas of Responsibility:


Process Design & Improvement – Lead cross-departmental projects that improve internal workflows and systems, including performance review processes, onboarding structures, training programs, and compliance documentation. Responsible for evaluating existing systems, identifying inefficiencies, and designing sustainable, scalable solutions.


People & Culture Initiatives – Develop and implement tools and trainings that strengthen company culture, align staff with BEL’s core values, and promote leadership development. Design internal frameworks to support goal-setting, growth planning, and feedback loops.


Technology Integration – Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to optimize the use of platforms such as Ajera, SharePoint, Inova, and Power Automate. Build and refine digital systems for data tracking, folder structures, onboarding checklists, and employee engagement tools.


Compliance & Policy Development – Support the creation and revision of policies and procedures related to hiring, purchasing, performance, and internal communication. Ensure systems align with regulatory compliance and company goals.


Training & Internal Communication – Design SCORM-compliant training modules, internal onboarding resources, and professional development content that blends cognitive science, corporate strategy, and BEL-specific examples. Champion clear communication and accessible resources for all levels of staff.
