Landfill Gas Design, Cell Construction Design, Project Management, CQA, and CAD Drafting
Completed various LFG Design projects for gas system expansions and Cell Construction for solid waste facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. This includes LFGconveyance system layouts and grading, condensate management systems (i.e., sumps, knockout pots, pumps, controls, and LFG flow meters), GCCS Final Development Plans, and Well schedule verification and completion. Cell Construction subgrade, clay liner, and leachate management construction drawings, respective stormwater management plan. SWPPP & SPCC Plans. Comprehensive wellhead data analysis, Leachate Storage Tank Facilities, Borrow pit excavation plans, and ABM and EBM analysis.
CQA Project Manager for various LFG, &Cell Construction projects at numerous solid waste facilities in Illinois, and Indiana. This included, but not limited to, ensuring CQA services are meeting CQA plan& project specifications, completing quantities and estimating costs, soils and geosynthetic lab data analysis, managing construction meetings, construction certification reports, communication with various parties involved in construction (i.e., governing agencies, environmental managers, contractors).
Completed Auto CADD, Civil 3D for various solid waste facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Kentucky. Trained multiple employees to use CAD software effectively. This included, but not limited to, LFG system layouts & construction drawings, Leachate system layouts & construction drawings, survey data formatting and upload, GCCS Final Development Plan layout, and details, 5-yr budget models.
Completed design and elaboration of new construction and existing improvements for LFG flare facilities and the respective components for various solid east facilities in the Midwest. This included but not limited to design piping to bypass flare system, concrete work design, and act as a construction manager during the construction event.

Waste Management – Prairie Hill and DeKalb Landfill, Illinois
Project manager during GCCS Construction Drawings and 5 Year Development along with budgeting and construction support for cell construction events. During the elaboration of construction drawings of Developed construction drawings assisted in the elaboration of the bid documents and construction quantities.
Project Lighting – Archaea Flare Projects, Nationwide
Project manager during the implementation of drawings evaluating existing GCCS system for different Landfill across the nation. Directed the elaboration of construction drawings for new flare installations, delivery lines and bypass lines as well as design of sumps, and concrete foundations. Participated in the coordination of multidisciplinary team in the procurement, design and construction phases of various projects nationwide.
Republic Services – Central Sanitary and Ottawa County Landfill, Michigan
Project manager during GCCS Construction Drawings with budgeting and construction support for cell construction events. Assisted environmental engineer during monthly LFG calls and the evaluation of the Part 115 rules for the state of Michigan.
Republic Services - Newton County Landfill, Indiana
Served as an assistant project manager during the engineering phase for cell construction from 2019 to 2022. Developed construction drawings based on site-specific needs and assisted in the elaboration of the bid documents. Provided engineering support for daily operation needs such as quarterly density reports, operational slopes to be uploaded via Carlson machine equipment, and the elaboration of compliance documents for IDEM. Provided ABM and EBM reports from 2019 to 2022. Assisted in the elaboration of the Soil Balance Models to Analyze the life of site needs.
Republic Services - Lee County Landfill, Illinois
Served as an assistant project manager that provided CQA services during LFG expansions in 2019 and 2020. Provided CQA reports to be submitted to IEPA and created respective as-built construction drawings.Assisted in the application modification of the existing final cover grades and obtained final approval by IEPA in 2022.Created temporary operational slopes to assist operational needs and to be uploaded via Carlson machine equipment.

Served as CQA technician with survey capabilities, and assistant project manager that provided CQA services during LFG expansions in 2019 and 2020. Served as a Project Engineer during the elaboration of construction drawings of a soil borrow pit in 2020. Provided engineering guidance during the construction phase. Served as an assistance project manager during the elaboration of 2022 cell construction drawings and the respective CQA services during the construction phase. Assisted certifying engineer in the elaboration of the certification report after cell construction completion for submittal and approval by a regulatory agency.

Served as CQA technician with survey capabilities, and assistant project manager that provided CQA services during LFG expansions in 2018 and 2019. Served as assistant project manager during LFG modification permit application, services included reconfiguration of the perimeter header and laterals and revising the KYpipe analysis.
Waste Management - DeKalb Landfill, Illinois
Served as CQA technician with survey capabilities, and construction manager during the expansion of the East Unit landfill gas collection system in 2021-2022 that included the construction of the leachate storage tank facility. Developed the construction drawings based on site-specific needs, and coordinated the construction of the leachate storage tank by attending the pre-construction meeting, scheduling subcontractors, and providing CQA services during each construction phase. Assisted Certifying engineer in the elaboration of the certification report.
Waste Management - Orchard Hills Landfill, Illinois
Served as an assistant project manager in 2020 during procurement and elaboration of construction drawings for a direct connect of leachate conveyance line from the landfill to an approved city sewer system; services included developing construction drawings based on site-specific needs and submittal and of the construction certification report to IEPA for operational approval. Served as a project manager during CQA services in the concrete infrastructure construction for aflare expansion in 2021 and created a certification report.
