QUALIFICATION HIGHLIGHTS:
Mr. Ballard has 3 years of experience in environmental construction and construction quality assurance. He has served as a construction quality control technician on numerous landfill projects working with extraction well installation, geosynthetic liner installation, damaged geosynthetic liner repair, test pad construction and testing, and piping contractors. He has time training at sites in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Michigan.
