Mr. Dutzy has extensive experience with various aspects of solid waste management and landfill gas collection system operations including construction, operation, maintenance, and monitoring.

Mr. Dutzy has experience in working with multiple earthwork, geosynthetic, and piping contractors. He is responsible for contractor coordination, project budget and invoice approvals, material orders, material submittals, training and managing construction quality assurance personnel, client invoicing, communication/coordination with regulatory agencies, and preparation of construction certification reports.

Project Manager for the construction of Cells 302 East and 303 East, totaling 14 acres, and LFG system expansions. Construction included: subgrade verification, structural fill construction, geosynthetic liner installation, LFG collection system construction, and leachate collection and removal system construction. Responsible for contractor management, chairing progress meetings, budget tracking, change order approval, contract interpretation, coordination with project engineers, submittal review and tracking, oversight of field technicians, and preparation of Construction Certification Reports
Apex Regional Landfill, Nevada (2022-2023)
Project Manager for the construction of the MA-20 South cell, totaling 15 acres, and Evaporation Pond 14, totaling 5.9 acres. Construction included: subgrade verification, structural fill construction, recompacted clay liner installation, geosynthetic liner installation, LFG collection system construction, and leachate collection and removal system construction.
