Mr. Darragh has extensive experience with various aspects of solid waste management and landfill gas collection system operations including construction, operation, maintenance, and monitoring.

Mr. Darragh has experience in working with multiple earthworks, geosynthetic, drilling and pipeline contractors. He is responsible for contractor coordination, project budget and invoice approvals, material orders, material submittals, training and managing construction quality assurance personnel, client invoicing, communication and coordination with regulatory agencies, and preparation of construction certification reports.

Vienna Junction Industrial Park Landfill, Michigan
Project Manager for the construction of Area 7 Phase 4I totaling 11.1 acres. Construction included: subgrade verification, structural fill construction, geosynthetic liner installation, LFG collection system construction, and leachate collection and removal system construction. Responsible for contractor management, chairing progress meetings, budget tracking, change order approval, contract interpretation, coordination with project engineers, submittal review and tracking, oversight of field technicians, and preparation of Construction Certification Report.
Valley View Landfill, Kentucky
Project Manager for the construction of landfill gas collection system expansions. Construction included: installation of vertical and horizontal gas collection wells, installation of landfill gas collection header and lateral pipeline, installation of dual extraction gas collection wells. C&C Expanded Sanitary Landfill, Michigan
Project Manager for the construction of Phase VI-BI totaling 8.2 acres. Construction included: subgrade verification, structural fill construction, geosynthetic liner installation, LFG collection system construction, and leachate collection and removal system construction. Responsible for contractor management, chairing progress meetings, budget tracking, change order approval, contract interpretation, coordination with project engineers, submittal review and tracking, oversight of field technicians, and preparation of Construction Certification Reports. Mr. Darragh also served as a lead CQA technician and shared project management responsibilities during the construction of a 10-acre landfill cell and a 12 -acre landfill cell closure in 2019. Services included supervision of contractors, data accumulation and documentation of re-compacted soils, geosynthetic clay liner, 60-mil HDPE and/or 40-mil LLDPE geomembrane, locating and observing non-destructive and destructive seam testing, surveying of geomembrane panels, repairs and destructive locations, monitoring installation of geotextiles, protective placement and assisting in the production of the construction documentation report. Mr. Darragh also performed construction quality assurance during the construction of a new leachate storage tank at the facility.

Services included supervision of contractors, data accumulation and documentation of re-compacted soils, geosynthetic clay liner, 60 mil HDPE geomembrane, locating and observing non-destructive and destruct seam testing, surveying of geomembrane panels, repairs and destructive locations, monitoring installation of geotextiles and protective soil placement and assisting in the production of the construction documentation report as well as Lead CQA technician during expansions of landfill gas collection system. Services included supervision of field operations, subcontractor management, documentation of installation, and monitoring to ensure compliance with the construction quality assurance plan.
