QUALIFICATION HIGHLIGHTS

  • Mr. Ballard has 3 years of experience in environmental construction and construction quality assurance.  He has served as a construction quality control technician on numerous landfill projects working with extraction well installation, geosynthetic liner installation, damaged geosynthetic liner repair, test pad construction and testing, and piping contractors. He has time training at sites in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Michigan.

Brown County Landfill, Ohio

Served as the head CQA Technician for supervision of field operations on several projects which included subcontractor management, conducting RSL/RSB testing, observe geomembrane liner installation, documentation of all phases of construction, trained other CQA personnel, and monitoring to ensure compliance with the construction quality and assurance plan.

Green Valley Landfill, Kentucky

Served as the head CQA Technician for supervision of field operations, subcontractor management, verification of landfill gas well depths, documentation of all phases of install, and monitoring to ensure compliance with the construction quality and assurance plan.
